In this article, the author considers a certain multiplicative stochastic perturbation of a generalized logistic equation. The main result shows that there exists a critical relation of the parameters of the perturbed equation which determines the boundary between the existence of a stationary distribution (with ergodic properties in integrable functions) and the extinction/vanishing of the perturbed original equation.
