Diffusive limit of a two-dimensional well-balanced approximation to a kinetic model of chemotaxis

A kinetic model of chemotactic movement in two space dimensions is discussed, and a numerical approach to solve that is proposed. This approach is based on the ``discrete four-stream approximation which is ``asymptotic-preserving. Numerical experiments illustrate those theoretical constructions.
