The authors generalize some previous results and give new upper bounds for irrationality measure of numbers in the form \(\arctan\frac{s}{r}\) for \(s,r\in\mathbb N\) with \(s<r\). In the proof, they use linear forms which correspond to integrals of the form \[ \frac{1}{i}\int_{r-si}^{r+si}\frac{(P_1(x))^{(1-\alpha-\beta)n}(P_2(x))^{\alpha n}(P_3(x))^{\beta n}}{x^{n+1}}\,dx \] Some of the results are \(\mu(\arctan\frac{1}{9})\le3.6940\) or \(\mu(\arctan\frac{2}{15})\le9.8427\).
