The authors report a mistake in the proof of Theorem 6.10 of [ibid. 24, No. 2, 481--504 (2020; Zbl 1445.47029)]. Consequently, the statement of Theorem 6.10, its proof and the three lines above it should be ignored. The rest of the article is independent of this result.
