The author considers a class of linear operators related to a finite measure space such that the corresponding \(L^2\)-Hilbert space is separable. For these operators, results about \(L^p\)-boundedness (\(1 \leq p < \infty\)), compactness, and the Hilbert-Schmidt property are obtained.
