Abstract: For , let be a reflexive Banach lattice over with a certain parameter , let be a locally compact (Hausdorff) topological space and let be a closed subspace of such that each point of the Choquet boundary of is a weak peak point. We show that if there exists an isomorphism with such that and preserve positivity, then is homeomorphic to .
