ight.leqno{(P)} end{equation} where , is a discontinuous function and asymptotically linear at infinity, is in a spectral gap of , and denotes the generalized gradient of with respect to variable . Here, by employing Variational Methods for Locally Lipschitz Functionals, we establish the existence of solution when is periodic and non periodic
