Publication:2256806
The author gives an explicit formula for the number of Jordan blocks of size two for the eigenvalue 1 of the monodromy for surface singularities of the form \(f_d + f_{d+k} +\dots\), in terms of invariants from the graph for an embedded \(\mathbb Q\)-resolution of the tangent cone \(V (f_d)\) and the graph of the semistable reduction.
