The existence of a space as described in the title is proved, strengthening examples from [\textit{M. G. Tkachenko}, Russ. Math. Surv. 38, No.1, 225-226 (1983); translation from Usp. Math. Nauk 38, No.1(229), 197-198 (1983; Zbl 0596.54027)] and [\textit{D. B. Shakhmatov}, Topology Appl. 22, 139-144 (1986; Zbl 0586.54020)].
