Abstract: We compute the cohomology of the subalgebra of the -equivariant Steenrod algebra . This serves as the input to the -equivariant Adams spectral sequence converging to the -graded homotopy groups of an equivariant spectrum . Our approach is to use simpler -motivic and -motivic calculations as stepping stones.
