Abstract: Let be a unitary torus -manifold, i.e., a -dimensional oriented stable complex connected closed -manifold having a nonempty fixed set. In this paper we show that bounds equivariantly if and only if the equivariant Chern numbers for all , where denotes the th equivariant Chern class of . As a consequence, we also show that if does not bound equivariantly then the number of fixed points is at least .
