Singular limit of an energy minimizer arising from dewetting thin film model with Van der waal, born repulsion and surface tension forces
From MaRDI portal
Publication:2428581
The authors study an elliptic Neumann boundary value problem modelling a thin film fluid at steady state. It is shown that the energy minimizers tend to a Dirac mass located on the boundary as the Born repulsion force tends to zero.
