Let \(\Omega \) be an open subset of \(\mathbb R^n\) and \(\rho \) be a weight on \(\Omega \). It is supposed that \(\Omega \) satisfies the segment property and there exists an open subset \(G\) of \(\mathbb R^n\) with the uniform \(C^{1,1}\)-regularity property such that \(\Omega \subset G\) and \(\partial \Omega \subset \partial G\cup \{ z\in \partial \Omega ;\lim_{x\to z} \rho (x)=0\} \). For a nonnegative integrer \(k\), real \(s\) and \(1\leq p\leq \infty \) denote by \(W_s^{k,p}(\Omega )\) the space of distributions \(u\) on \(\Omega \) such that \(\rho^{s+|\alpha |-k} \partial^\alpha u \in L^p(\Omega )\) for \(|\alpha |\leq k\). The Dirichlet problem for an uniformly elliptic system \(-\sum_{i,j=1}^k a_{ij}\partial_i \partial_j u+\sum_{i=1}^k a_i \partial_i u +au=f\) in \(\Omega \), \(u=0\) on \(\partial \Omega \) is studied. Under some conditions on \(a_{ij}\), \(a_i\) and \(a\) it is shown a unique solvability of the problem in \(W_s^{2,p}(\Omega )\) for any \(1<p\leq 2\).
