Areas of polygons \(A_1 \dots A_n\) in \({\mathbb R}^m\) corresponding to real rectangular \(m \times n\) matrices \(A=[A_1, \dots, A_n]\) are studied. This study is continuation of the author's paper [ibid. 46, No. 2, 321--349 (2005; Zbl 1090.15009)]). On the basis of the relation between the polygon \(A_1 \dots A_n\) and the \(k\)-outscribed polygon \(P_1 \dots P_n\) to it the areas of \(k\)-outscribed polygons are determined. Necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of \(k\)-outscribed and \((n-k)\)-outscribed polygons are given. Also, conjugate polygons are defined and their properties are analyzed. Finally, the case of areas of the \(k\)-outscribed polygons in \({\mathbb R}^2\) different from \(\gcd(k,n)=2\), i. e., where \(\gcd(k,n) > 2\), is discussed.
