The authors consider the Painlevé VI (\(P_6\)) differential equation and its relationship to isomonodromic deformations of Fuchsian linear systems of ordinary differential equations (these deformations are described by Schlesinger's equations). They establish an equivalence between a special class of \(P_6\) parametrized by a conformal dimension \(\mu\), time dependent Euler top equations, isomonodromic deformations of Fuchsian systems and three-dimensional Frobenius manifolds. The isomonodromic tau function (which indicates the positions of the mobile poles of the solution to Schlesinger's equations) and the solutions of the Euler top equations are explicitly constructed in terms of Wronskian solutions of the 2-vector 1-constrained symplectic Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (CKP) hierarchy by means of Grassmannian formulation. These solutions give rational solutions to \(P_6\) for \(\mu =1,2,\ldots\).
