Verf. leitet eine Ungleichung für Integrale ab, die der von ihm in einer früheren Arbeit (Some new extensions of Hilbert's double series theorem, Bull. Inst. Math. Méc. Univ. Kouybycheff, Tomsk, 2 (1936)) bewiesenen erweiterten \textit{Hilbert-Wiener}schen entspricht und eine bekannte Ungleichung (\textit{G. H. Hardy, J. E. Littlewood, G. Pólya}, Inequalities (1934; F.~d.~M. 60\(_{\text{I}}\), 169-170), S. 254) verschärft. Sie gibt die Abschätzung: \[ \int\limits_{0}^{\infty} \int\limits_{0}^{\infty} \frac{f(x) \, g(y)}{(x+y)^{\lambda}} \, dx \, dy < k \, \varPhi^{\frac{1-\lambda}{\lambda p'}} \, \varPsi^{\frac{1-\lambda}{\lambda q'}} \, F^{\frac{1}{\lambda q'}} \, G^{\frac{1}{\lambda p'}}; \] dabei sind \(f(x)\), \(g(y)\) nichtnegative Funktionen und nicht identisch Null, \[ p>1, \quad q>1 \quad p'=\frac{p}{p-1}, \quad q'=\frac{q}{q-1}, \] \[ \lambda=\frac{1}{p'}+\frac{1}{q'} \leqq 1, \quad k=\frac{\varGamma \left( \frac{1}{p'} \right) \, \varGamma \left( \frac{1}{q'} \right)}{\varGamma(\lambda)}, \] \[ \int\limits_{0}^{\infty} f^p\, (x) \, dx = F < \infty, \quad \int\limits_{0}^{\infty} g^q \,(y) \, dg= G< \infty; \] \(\overline{f}\) ist die ``rearrangement von \(f\) in abnehmender Ordnung (\textit{Hardy, Littlewood, Pólya}, S. 276); \[ \varPhi \, (x) = x {\overline{f}}^p \, (x) \quad (x>0), \quad \varPhi \, (0) = 0, \quad \varPhi = \text{ max } \varPhi \, (x); \] \(\varPsi\) ist analog erklärt; \(k\) ist die bestmögliche Konstante.
