Abstract: For a wide class of Cohen--Macaulay modules over the local ring of the plane curve singularity of type T_44 we explicitly describe the corresponding matrix factorizations. The calculations are based on the technique of matrix problems, in particular, representations of bunches of chains.

Let \(k\) be an algebraically closed field. The \(T_{44}\)--singularity is defined by \(R:=kX,Y/\langle F\rangle\;,\;F=XY(X-Y)(X-\lambda Y)\;,\;\lambda\in k\smallsetminus \{0,1\}\). For a wide class of Cohen--Macaulay \(R\)--modules the corresponding matrix factorizations are explicitly described.
