Controllability and observability criteria of RLC networks over \(F(z)\)
Controllability and observability criteria of RLC networks over \(F(z)\)
Structural properties of RLC-networks are considered. The state equations RLC-networks are introduced. A theorem is given which states that an RLC network is controllable if the input matrix is different from zero and observable if the output matrix is different from zero. Remarks on controllability and observability conditions for unhinged (non separable) networks are given.
