The Non-Archimedean Monge–Ampère Equation

Abstract: We give an introduction to our work on the solution to the non-Archimedean Monge-Ampere equation and make comparisons to the complex counterpart. These notes are partially based on talks at the 2015 Simons Symposium on Tropical and Nonarchimedean Geometry.
