Abstract: In this note we extend the necessary and sufficient conditions of Boyle-Handleman 1991 and Kim-Ormes-Roush 2000 for a nonzero eigenvalue multiset of primitive matrices over $R_{+}$ and $$, respectively, to irreducible matrices.
