This note contains a list of the main results obtained by the author in his Ph.D. thesis: (1) a classification of the pairs \((X,L)\), where \(X\) is an \(n\)-dimensional smooth variety and \(L\) is a bundle of rank \(n-2\) such that \(K_{X} + \text{det}(L)\) is not nef; (2) a classification of the 3-folds in \({\mathbb{P}^n}\) of degree \(d< 2n-4\); (3) a study of the fundamental divisor of a Mukai variety.
