This expository article summarizes previous results obtained by the authors, namely cohomological obstructions for compact strongly CR manifolds of \(\mathbb{R}\)-dimension \(2n-1\), to be embedded into \(\mathbb{C}^n\), with \(n\geq 3\). For the entire collection see [Zbl 0869.00033].
