Abstract: We consider the partial theta function, i.e. the sum of the bivariate series $heta(q,z):=su{m}_{j=0}^{infty}{q}^{j(j+1)/2}{z}^j$ for $qin(0,1)$, $zinmathbbC$. We show that for any value of the parameter $qin(0,1)$ all zeros of the function $heta(q,.)$ belong to the domain $mRez<0,|mImz|leq132$$cup$$mRezgeq0,|z|leq18$.
