Abstract: In this paper, we prove the following result: Let be a real Hilbert space, a ball in centered at and a function, with , such that the function is weakly lower semicontinuous in for all . Then, for each small enough, there exists a unique point , with , such that max{langle Phi(x^*),x^*-y
angle, langle Phi(y),x^*-y
angle}< 0 for all , with .
