Abstract: Here is one of the results obtained in this paper: Let be two convex sets each in a real vector space, let be convex and without global minima in and concave in , and let be strictly convex. Also, assume that, for some topology on , is lower semicontinuous and, for each and , is lower semicontinuous and is inf-compact. Then, for each and for each closed set satisfying Phi^{-1}(r)subseteq Ssubseteq Phi^{-1}(]-infty,r]) , one has sup_Yinf_SJ=inf_Ssup_YJ .
