Abstract: Let be a -distinguished, irreducible, admissible representation of , let be an irreducible, admissible, -distinguished representation of , and let be a non-trival character of which is trivial on . We prove that Rankin-Selberg gamma factor at is . The result follows as a simple consequence from the characterisation of -distinguished representations in terms of their Langlands data.
