Smoothing semi-smooth stable Godeaux surfaces

Abstract: We show that all the semi-smooth stable complex Godeaux surfaces, classified in [FPR18a], are smoothable, and that the moduli stack is smooth of the expected dimension 8 at the corresponding points.
