Let \(\hat{\mathfrak g}\) be an affine Kac-Moody Lie algebra. The author calculates the character of certain highest weight representations F(\(\lambda)\) associated to a singular highest weight \(\lambda\). He introduces a new Weyl group, by use of which the character formula can be written in the form of the Weyl-Kac character formula for integrable highest weight representations.
