Abstract: We consider the inverse problem of determining a general nonlinear term appearing in a semilinear hyperbolic equation on a Riemannian manifold with boundary of dimension . We prove results of unique recovery of the nonlinear term , appearing in the equation on with , from some partial knowledge of the solutions on the boundary of the time-space cylindrical manifold or on the lateral boundary . We determine the expression both on the boundary and inside the manifold .
