Abstract: We prove explicit upper and lower bounds for the Poisson hierarchy, the averaged L1-moment spectra dfracmathcalAkleft(BRMight)extvolleft(SRMight)k=1infty, and the torsional rigidity mathcalA1(BRM) of a geodesic ball BRM in a Riemannian manifold Mn which satisfies that the mean curvatures of the geodesic spheres SrM included in it, (up to the boundary SRM), are controlled by the radial mean curvature of the geodesic spheres Somegar(oomega) with same radius centered at the center oomega of a rotationally symmetric model space Monmega. As a consecuence, we prove a first Dirichlet eigenvalue lambda1(BRM) comparison theorem and show that equality with the bound lambda1(BomegaR(oomega)), (where Bomegar(oomega) is the geodesic r-ball in Monmega), characterizes the L1-moment spectrum mathcalAk(BRM)k=1infty as the sequence mathcalAk(BomegaR)k=1infty and vice-versa.
