Abstract: We study the vanishing sets of slice regular polynomials in several quaternionic variables and extend the Weak and Strong Nullstellensatz for such polynomials. In the two variables case we obtain a geometric description of the vanishing sets, leading to a more concrete version of the Strong Nullstellensatz. For polynomials in two variables, we also introduce a non-commutative resultant, defined in terms of a suitable Dieudonn'e determinant. Furthermore, we use this tool to investigate the existence of common zeros of slice regular polynomials.
