Relaxed linear spaces and a generalization of the Cayley-Dickson process
From MaRDI portal
Publication:616278
The authors introduce a generalization of vector spaces, called relaxed linear spaces, relaxed linear algebras, involutions and quadratic forms, providing examples of associative and nonassociative structures which are closely related to real division algebras but have dimensions other than 1, 2, 4 and 8.
