Abstract: Let be a finite group and denote the set of complex irreducible character degrees of . In this paper, we prove that if is a finite group and is an almost simple group with socle , where with odd such that , then is non-solvable and the chief factor of is isomorphic to . If, in particular, is coprime to , then is isomorphic to and is isomorphic to .
