H^1-second order convergent estimates for non-Fickian models

The authors discuss the \(H^{1}\) second order convergence estimates for non-Fickian models. They first introduce the method, the basic definitions and the notations and then focus on the stability analysis of the semi discrete solution. A convergence analysis is presented, and numerical results are presented to illustrate the second order convergence of their method.
