Representations induced from essentially speh and strongly positive discrete series
With the description of the unitary dual of symplectic or odd orthogonal \(p\)-adic groups in mind, the author goes on with the investigation of the composition series of representations parabolically induced whose first results are presented in [the author, Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 149, No. 12, 5081--5091 (2021; Zbl 1483.22010)]. In the paper under review, the author works out the composition series of representations parabolically induced from the irreducible representations of the maximal Levi subgroups which are the tensor product of a ladder representation on the general linear part and a non-cuspidal stongly positive representation on the classical part of the Levi subgroup. There is again the assumption that all the exponents in the cuspidal support of the ladder representations are all bigger or equal to 1/2. The author gets her results by technical calculus of Jacquet modules, based on works of M. Tadić, alone or with E. Lapid or C. Mœglin.
