The author considers the matrix differential equation \[ X'=A(t)\sum\limits_{m=0}^{\infty}q_m X^m,\tag{1} \] where \((q_m)\) is a bounded numerical sequence and \(A\), \(X\) are \(n\times n\) real-valued matrices. Sufficient conditions are given for the solvability of (1) in quadratures.
