Abstract: Let dgeq3 be an integer. For a holomorphic d-web mathcalW on a complex surface M, smooth along an irreducible component D of its discriminant Delta(mathcalW), we establish an effective criterion for the holomorphy of the curvature of mathcalW along D, generalizing results on decomposable webs due to Mar'{i}n, Pereira and Pirio. As an application, we deduce a complete characterization for the holomorphy of the curvature of the Legendre transform (dual web) mathrmLegmathcalH of a homogeneous foliation mathcalH of degree d on mathbbPmathbbC2, generalizing some of our previous results. This then allows to study the flatness of the d-web mathrmLegmathcalH in the particular case where the foliation mathcalH is Galois. When the Galois group of mathcalH is cyclic, we show that mathrmLegmathcalH is flat if and only if mathcalH is given, up to linear conjugation, by one of the two 1-forms omega1hspace0.2mmd=ydmathrmdx−xdmathrmdy, omega2hspace0.2mmd=xdmathrmdx−ydmathrmdy. When the Galois group of mathcalH is non-cyclic, we obtain that mathrmLegmathcalH is always flat.
