Feedback stabilization of non-homogeneous distributed bilinear systems with varying time delay

From MaRDI portal

A class of non-homogeneous distributed bilinear systems evolving in Hilbert spaces (with variable time delay) is considered. A feedback-control law is proposed. Sufficient conditions (under different assumptions) show that this feedback-control law ensures exponential stability of the considered control systems and provides explicit decay rate. Also, the problem of polynomial stabilization of these systems by this controller is discussed. Moreover, there are obtained sufficient conditions (under different assumptions) under which the energy decays at a polynomial rate. The applicability of the obtained results is shown using four illustrative examples.
