The main result of the paper is the following. Let \(h(z)\) be a harmonic function, \(h(z)\leq O(|z|^k)\) as \(z\to\infty\), \(L(k)= \max(0,[k])\). Then \(h(z)\) is a harmonic polynomial of degree \(d\leq L(k)\).
