Uniqueness domains for L^ solutions of 2 2 hyperbolic conservation laws
From MaRDI portal
Publication:6896760
The authors prove a uniqueness theorem for solutions to genuinely nonlinear \(2\times2\) hyperbolic systems of conservation laws with a fast decay rate of the form\N\[\N\mathrm{Tot.Var.}\{u(t,\cdot\,)\} \leqslant C\, t^{\alpha-1}, \qquad \alpha \in (0,1),\N\]\Nunder the assumption that the initial data are sufficiently small. They also provide sufficient conditions ensuring that this decay rate holds.
