A new approach to (1, 1)-weak type estimate for the Littlewood-Paley operators S_ , and g_, ^
In this paper, the authors investigate the weak type boundedness of the Littlewood-Paley square function \(S_{\alpha,\psi}\). Particularly, the authors use the Whitney decomposition to establish the weak type (1,1) boundedness for the above operator. The authors also prove the (1,1)-weak type boundedness of the operator \(g_{\lambda,\psi}^\ast\). Personally speaking, this paper is interesting and well written. This paper involves a large amount of definitions, notation, and analysis, which increases its richness. Overall, this article is a nice piece of work.
