Integral solutions of a Diophantine equation in quadratic number fields and in Z/p^k Z
From MaRDI portal
Publication:6936290
In this paper, the author studies the solvability of the Diophantine equation \(r + s + t = rst = n\) in finite fields \(\mathbb{F}_{p^k}\), where \(p\) is an odd prime and in the ring of integers of quadratic fields. The theoretical results are illustrated by concrete examples for certain values of \(n\).
