In this well-written paper the authors continue their study of cardinal sequences associated with locally Lindelöf, scattered, Hausdorff \(\mathrm{P}\)-spaces (LLSP spaces, for short) initiated in their paper [\textit{J. C. Martínez} and \textit{L. Soukup}, Fundam. Math. 259, No. 3, 271--286 (2022; Zbl 1505.54007)]. In Section 2 they use cone systems with specific properties to outline a method for constructing LLSP spaces. In Section 3 the authors establish limitations on the cardinal sequences of LLSP spaces and in Section 4 they present both a necessary condition and a distinct sufficient condition for a sequence \(\langle \kappa_\alpha : \alpha < \omega_2\rangle\) to be the cardinal sequence of an LLSP space. Finally, in Section 5, the authors present a forcing construction of an LLSP space of height \(\omega + 1\).
