Complex m-Hessian type equations in E_m,()
Let \(\Omega\) be an open subset of \(\mathbb{C}^n\) and let \(\beta=dd^c\Vert z\Vert ^2\) denote the canonical Kähler form of \(\mathbb{C}^n\), where \(d=\partial +\overline\partial\) and \(d^c = \frac{\partial -\overline\partial}{4i}\). The complex \(m\)-Hessian operator \(H_m(\cdot) = (dd^c\cdot)^m\wedge\beta^{n-m}\) is a generalization of the Monge-Ampère operator \((dd^c\cdot)^n\). A function \(u\in C^2(\Omega)\) is \(m\)-subharmonic on \(\Omega\) if \(H_k(u)\ge 0\) for \(k=1,\dots,m\). The set of \(m\)-subharmonic functions on \(\Omega\) is denoted by \(SH_m(\Omega)\). For a nondecreasing continuous function \(\chi: \mathbb{R}^-\to \mathbb{R}^-\), \[\mathcal{E}_{m,\chi} =\{u\in SH_m(\Omega): \exists (u_j)\in \mathcal{E}_m^0(\Omega), u_j\searrow u, \sup_j\int_\Omega (-\chi)\circ u_j H_m(u_j) <\infty \}.\] In the above, \(\mathcal{E}_m^0\) denotes the class of bounded, negative, \(m\)-subharmonic functions on \(\Omega\) with \(\lim_{z\to \partial \Omega} u(z) =0\) and \(\int_\Omega H_m(u) <\infty\). The main result of the paper is as follows. \N\NTheorem 4.1 Let \(\chi: \mathbb{R}^-\to \mathbb{R}^-\) be a nondecreasing continuous function such that \(\chi(t)<0\) for all \(t<0\), and \(\mu\) be a non-negative finite measure on \(\Omega\) such that \(\mu\) vanishes on all \(m\)-polar sets. Then there exists a unique function \(u\in \mathcal{E}_{m,\chi}(\Omega)\) such that \(-\chi(u) H_m(u)=\mu\). \N\NThe authors also study the existence of solutions of this equation in the class \(\mathcal{E}_{m,\chi}(\Omega)\) if there exists subsolution in this class.
