Publication:705732
The authors prove four theorems, close in spirit to the well-known ``larger sieve theorem of \textit{P. X. Gallagher} [Acta Arith. 18, 77--81 (1971; Zbl 0231.10028)], and discuss at some length the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of the large sieve.
