Abstract: Let $mathscrA$ be a unital $C^{\ast }$-algebra and let $Phi:mathscrAomathbbB(mathscrH)$ be a unital $n$-positive linear map between $C^{\ast }$-algebras for some $ngeq3$. We show that ${\displaystyle }$|Phi(AB)-Phi(A)Phi(B)| leq Delta(A,||cdot||),Delta(B,||cdot||)${\displaystyle }$ for all operators $A,BinmathscrA$, where $Delta(C,|cdot|)$ denotes the operator norm distance of $C$ from the scalar operators.
