Eigensystem multiscale analysis for the Anderson model via the Wegner estimate

In their earlier works the authors used the eigensystem multiscale analysis (EMSA) for proving localization for random Schrödinger operators. The EMSA treats all energies of the finite volume operator in an energy interval at the same time, simultaneously establishing localization of all eigenfunctions with eigenvalues in the energy interval with high probability. The main novelty of the paper under review, to the EMSA for random Schrödinger operators, is the removal of the previously used restrictive condition, replacing it by an argument based on the Wegner estimate.
