Abstract: Suppose that is a sequentially complete Hausdorff locally convex space over a scalar field , is a bounded subset of , is a sequence in with the property and is a sequence in . We show that for every sequence in satisfying egin{eqnarray*} x_{n+1}-a_nx_n-b_nin Vq(ngeq 0) end{eqnarray*} there exists a unique sequence satisfying the recurrence and for every with , there exists such that egin{eqnarray*} x_n-y_nin dsf{1}{q-1}ov{conv(V^b)}q (ngeq n_0). end{eqnarray*}
