Quasi-developable manifolds
From MaRDI portal
By neatly varying the Moore manifold construction, the authors construct a surface which has a G\(_\delta\) diagonal and is quasi-developable but not developable. They show that consistently the surface may be made to to be countably metacompact as well. The constructions are based on corresponding sub-real topologies.
