Relaxation strategies for nested Krylov methods

The authors present a prconditioned Krylov subspaces technique based on another ``flexible iterative Krylov method. The result consists in the reduction of the work concerned with the matrix-vector products. Numerical experiments are presented for a global ocean circulation problem.
